Sleep Over!

Are you ready for a sleep over?? Mark your calendars for Aug 12-13! I don't have a whole lot of details nailed down yet, but it will be a blast! We are going to have an amazing guest speaker help us with self esteem and we will also discuss modesty and taking care of ourselves. Bring your nail polish for sure, I think I will get those mud masks again. And chocolate will definitely be abundant!!

Camp

Hey, I just remembered most of you will be at camp this coming week, and I've had some family issues come up, so no Zumba this week. I'm looking forward to seeing you the following week and hearing all those great camp stories!

Zumba

We are having a blast with Zumba, and some of you have mentioned doing it more often. I am considering doing 3 days a week, and opening it up to all women of the church. What do you think?

Sweating It Out

Zumba was a success! And we burned extra calories since the air conditioner was not on! Hope you ladies had fun. We'll be at it again next Monday, so come on out and sweat with us! Being active is healthy and fun :)

You asked for it, you got it!! Zumba starts next Monday, June 13 in the Rock @ 10am. Make sure you wear comfortable clothes you don't mind sweating in, and bring water!
